Summerville Town Council approves development project

Summerville Town Council met on Wednesday, July 9th and approved a $30 million economic development project in downtown Summerville that includes a 66-room 4-story boutique hotel with rooftop terrace, a fine dining restaurant, conference center, retail shops, a parking garage and 34 condominiums.

Applegate & Co. of North Charleston responded to the ad and council voted to authorize Mayor Bill Collins to proceed with negotiations on a project.
